Airport maker space offering October-themed classes

Propeller, the maker space at the Columbus Municipal Airport, will be offering fall and Halloween themed classes this month that are open to the public.

The cost for all the classes is $10.

On Wednesday evening, Propeller will be offering a class on T-shirt design where you can learn how to use the Cricut machine. That will be from 6 to 7:30 p.m. The cost will include a T-shirt and vinyl to use in the machine.

On Saturday, Oct. 14th there will be a session on special effects makeup. You can learn how to make horror looks for Halloween. That will be from 2 to 4 p.m.

On October 23rd there will be a session on pumpkin carving where you can learn skills for making intricate jack-o-lanterns. The cost will include the pumpkin itself and the use of carving tools.
