Peda Powers Bull Dogs Past New Albany

The No. 19 Columbus North boys’ soccer team earned a 3-1 victory Tuesday over New Albany thanks to the boot of Luccas Peda.
Peda assisted Manuel Valle for the opener in the 13th minute, then delivered a second-half brace, including a rocket from nearly 40 yards out. He capped his night by converting a long pass from goalkeeper Jaden Andrade.
North outshot New Albany 20-3 and controlled possession throughout. With Peda leading the charge, the Bull Dogs (2-2-1) are proving they’ve got plenty of bite in the attack.
