Olympians Fall Just Short Against BNL in Girls Tennis

Columbus East nearly pulled off a comeback on the tennis courts Monday, but Bedford North Lawrence emerged with a narrow 3-2 win. The Olympians earned convincing victories at No. 1 and No. 2 singles, but BNL took both doubles courts and the No. 3 singles point.

Lauren Degner and Bruna Carreira cruised through their singles matches, but East couldn’t turn the tide in doubles play. The Olympians drop to 1-11 on the year.
