North Volleyball Powers Past Shelbyville
After dropping the first set, Columbus North’s volleyball squad flipped the switch and took control in Shelbyville, rallying for a 3-1 victory (23-25, 25-15, 25-15, 25-10).
Karen Dutro delivered 15 kills with powerful swings at the net, while setter Lexi Denny dished out an astounding 41 assists. Morgan Osborn lit up the back row with 11 digs and five aces, while Elaina Penrod and Tania Maldonado each slammed home critical kills to seal the comeback.
The Bull Dogs (2-0) looked locked in after the shaky start, proving they can handle adversity and respond with intensity.
