Jet Jam: Hauser Soars, Then Runs into Headwinds in Inaugural Showcase
Tournament day at The Nest featured both afterburners and turbulence for Hauser boys soccer. The Jets throttled Daleville 7-0 in the morning, then dropped the championship tilt 10-2 to a clinical Indiana Math & Science side, finishing 1-1 in their first-ever Jet Jam.
Morning Takeoff:
Nick Mann was cockpit-calm with two goals and an assist, while Alex Conde and Phillipe Douce each filed a goal-and-assist flight plan. Koleson Gernetz, Joe Gibson and Austin Sanders rounded out the scoring. In goal, Sanders made three saves in the first half before Luke Raisor closed the clean sheet.

Afternoon Crosswinds:
Against IMS, Hauser found net twice — courtesy of Mann and Camden Grimes (each with a goal and assist) — but the visitors were ruthless on the break and in transition. Sanders battled in net with 20 saves as the Jets (4-1) logged valuable tournament miles that will pay off once conference airspace gets busy.
