Crusaders Win a Five-Set Faith Test at Cannelton

In a marathon that felt straight out of Sunday school—equal parts patience and perseverance—the Crusaders took the fifth, 17–15, on the road. Bella Frederickson hammered 12 kills and added a block, Abby Dora steered the offense with eight assists and three aces, and Emma Rice vacuumed up 18 digs to extend rallies that looked lost. Katie Bond chipped six kills and 12 digs, while Mara Nickerson stacked timely blocks. Columbus Christian (2–5, 1–1 Southern Roads) showed it can rally the congregation in crunch time.
