Crimson Pride rolls out the red carpet: Teacher Appreciation Night set for Friday

IU Columbus is turning the Circle K Fieldhouse into a classroom of cheers this Friday at 6:00 p.m., inviting educators from every school in the area to trade lesson plans for loud voices. It’s Teacher Appreciation Night, and the Crimson Pride want to grade-out with an A+ atmosphere as the volleyball squad returns home.

The promo is as simple as an overhand serve: any teacher, faculty member, or school staffer gets in free with a valid school ID. Expect a lively pre-match welcome, in-game recognitions, and plenty of chances for the Pride faithful to show the people who power our classrooms some apple-to-applause love.

On the floor, IU Columbus is chasing rhythm and reps as conference play heats up, and a packed gym can be the difference between a sideout and a surge. The Pride want to turn every pass, set, and swing into a teachable moment—because on Teacher Night, the lesson plan is all about pressure, poise, and points.
