Bull Dogs Rally for Big Win Over Golden Bears
Columbus North’s boys volleyball team pulled off a thrilling home win Monday night, taking down Shelbyville in four sets: 26-24, 23-25, 25-21, 28-26.
The Bull Dogs overcame multiple set points and double-digit deficits in two separate sets to seal the deal. Leo Iorio led the team with 20 kills and 12 digs, while Kota Kondo ran the offense with 29 assists. Yuta Kondo added seven kills and three aces, and Hank Lin served up four aces of his own.
The win lifts North to 3-5 on the year as they prepare for Thursday’s showdown with New Albany.
