Bull Dogs Outshoot Jets in County Showdown

The Columbus North Bull Dogs brought the heat to Hauser’s home court, defeating the Class A No. 7 Jets 60-44 in a high-stakes Bartholomew County showdown. The Bull Dogs were red-hot from beyond the arc, draining 12 three-pointers while holding Hauser to just five. Caleb Ferguson and Austin Perry led the offensive charge with 14 points each, while Nate Enneking chipped in 13 and Max Coomes added 12, all from deep.
North’s defense played a pivotal role, keeping Hauser without a field goal in the second quarter and limiting their scoring opportunities throughout the night. Gavin Keller led the Jets with 13 points, but Hauser’s struggles from the free-throw line (9-of-19) ultimately hurt their chances.
This was the first meeting between the two teams in five years, and the packed house added energy to an already intense matchup. The Bull Dogs improved to 8-3 on the season, while the Jets fell to 8-2. North will look to keep their momentum going as they face Mooresville next, while Hauser prepares for their next challenge.
