Bull Dogs Bite Back for Hoops Win
Columbus North’s girls basketball team showed their bite last night, rallying to a 62-59 victory over Seymour. The Bull Dogs trailed by two at halftime but came out of the locker room with renewed energy and a fierce determination to claw their way to the win.
Kaylie Harmon poured in 17 points, while Hadassah Hurt added 16, including several clutch buckets down the stretch. Hurt’s performance earned her Hoosier Sporting Goods Player of the Game honors. Ava Wilson chipped in nine points to round out the Bull Dogs’ balanced attack.
