United Way’s Annual Day of Service and Impact Lunch to be Held September 11th

The United Way of Bartholomew County’s Annual Day Of Service and Impact Lunch will be held next month.
These community wide events held on September 11th, are focused on reducing poverty and making homelessness a brief, rare, and non recurring situation.
The Day of Service will be held at dozens of locations across the county and will bring together local businesses and community members to volunteer at nonprofit organizations on projects that meet critical needs.

The Impact Lunch will be held at Amazing Joes located at 2607 Central Ave in Columbus.
Tickets cost a donation of $20 and can be purchased at uwbarthco.org.
Guests can choose an 11AM or Noon seating and lunch will include Pork Chops, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, and a cookie.
Everyone attending the lunch will be entered to win a year of free Dinners at Amazing Joes.
All proceeds from this lunch will support United Way’s Campaign to help 1,000 families out of poverty within 2000 days and make homelessness an almost extinct concept.
