North Vernon veterans program looking for volunteers

A North Vernon veterans organization is looking for volunteers to help those who served their country.

Vet to Vet will hold a volunteer organizational meeting this week. Willie Steele is an organizer for the group

The volunteer organizational meeting will be at 7 p.m., Thursday evening at the North Vernon Education and Training Center on O&M Avenue.

Steele says that the group holds a veterans breakfast on the second Saturday of every month from 8 to 11 a.m. at the ETC. The October breakfast was held last weekend.
