A Jackson County man is facing drug dealing charges again after allegedly selling drugs to deputies.

According to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department, deputies had recently been making controlled drug buys from 29 year old Devin Moore of Seymour. A search warrant was served on the home on Parkland Avenue, where deputies and Seymour police seized 90 grams of methamphetamine, 2 grams of cocaine, 58 Xanax pills, 120 grams of marijuana and a large amount of cash.

Authorities also found three children at the home.

Moore is facing charges including dealing in methamphetamine, a controlled substance and marijuana, a violation of the legend drug act, maintaining a common nuisance and child neglect, as well as for possessing the drugs and drug paraphernalia.

That came after arrests in April and May on charges drug dealing and possession as well as theft.

Sheriff Rick Meyer said that Jackson County agencies “continue to work together in an attempt to get drug dealers off the street.”
