Interstate ramp closing Monday at Greensburg

Contractors will be closing an entrance ramp on Interstate 74 in Decatur County starting next week.

According to INDOT, concrete patching work will require closing the westbound entrance ramp from State Road 3 in Greensburg on Monday. Crews from Dave O’Mara Contractors will be patching around the clock. An official detour will trake traffic to U.S. 421 and to Interstate 74.

The work is expected to last through August 25th. The work schedule is dependent on the weather.

Thie work is part of a $2.8 million pavement patching contract on I-74 between Shelby County to just west of Greensburg.
