Country Squire Lakes hosting back to school event Saturday

Country Squire Lakes will be hosting a Back to School event on Saturday.

According to the North Vernon Police Department, the event will include free school supplies and backpacks and complimentary health services for Jennings County residents. Those services will include Dental Exams, Eye Exams, Scoliosis Screenings and Wellness Infectious Disease Screenings. There will also be haircuts offered by several salons and barber shops, food, games and other fun.

The event is being organized by the Boys and Girls Clubs of Seymour, Crossroads Association of Realtors, Centerstone, Jennings County Health Department, Golden Harvest, Jennings County Drug and Alcohol Task Force, 180 RCO and Outcast Arms Outreach.

The Back to School festivities will be going on from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Country Squire Lakes Clubhouse.
