Bartholomew Road 300E closing for sewer work

Bartholomew County Road 300E will be closing for the end of the week and part of next week.

According to the Bartholomew County Highway Department, the road will be closing starting at 7 a.m. Thursday morning through 4 p.m. Friday afternoon, including the overnight hours. After reopening for the weekend, the road will close again at 7 Monday morning lasting through 5 p.m. Wednesday afternoon.

The section under construction will be on County Road 300E between U.S. 31 and Base Road and the road will be closed to all traffic. A sewer replacement project is ongoing.

You should find an alternate route and avoid the area if you can.
