Mark your calendars for Friday, August 8, as the Indiana State Fair celebrates “Keystone Cooperative Day.”

As the single-day sponsor, Keystone Cooperative will show it’s appreciation for its farmer-members. If you’re a member, you’ll have the chance to redeem a $2.00 coupon that day at any Indiana Pork tent throughout the Indiana State Fairgrounds & Event Center.

Keystone is also proud to support Indiana’s youth in agriculture. The first 300 4-H livestock exhibitors who present their Keystone backtag at the Keystone booth in the Indiana Farm Bureau Fall Creek Pavilion swine barn on August 8 will receive a complimentary pork burger from Indiana Pork to celebrate the dedication and hard work of Indiana’s young farmers and producers who are shaping the future of the industry.

Front and center at “Keystone Cooperative Day” at the Indiana State Fair will be the co-op’s State Fair Boulevard display, with the chance for you to win free propane for a year, a valuable opportunity to help reduce your energy costs this coming winter.

“Keystone Cooperative Day” will also shine the spotlight on the important role that the co-op plays behind the scenes—fueling the fair’s tractor shuttles with CountryMark Premium Dieselex, and powering food vendors with over 90 propane tanks to keep fryers hot and fair favorites like corn dogs and elephant ears sizzling. Keystone also partners with CountryMark to provide the diesel fuel that powers the midway on the grounds, no doubt a main attraction.
