Sessions Takes Off as Jets Launch Girls Golf Season

The Hauser Jets may not have had enough golfers to post a team score, and neither did their opponents, in their season opener at Timbergate, but Beckah Sessions made sure the squad still landed on the leaderboard. Sessions fired a medalist-winning 57 to pace the tri-match with host Southwestern (Shelby) and Morristown.
Cheyanne Moody stayed in the fairway for a solid 59, while Lydia Taylor added a 62 to close out the Jets’ opening-day performance. Without the numbers to compete as a full unit, Hauser’s golfers are still setting individual marks to build on, and with Sessions already securing hardware in week one, the Jets have a strong wind at their backs heading into the rest of the season.
