Another day of extreme heat across southern Indiana
Forecasters say that we are in for another day of extreme heat
According to the National Weather Service in Indianapolis, the real temperature is going to be in the low 90s again today but the humidity is going to make that feel like it is up to 105 during the hottest part of the day.
A heat advisory is in effect until 8 p.m. tonight. .
The weather service says that you should avoid strenuous activities outdoors, wear light clothing, make sure to drink plenty of water. You should also check in on family members and neighbors who might be vulnerable and never leave people or pets in a closed vehicle under these conditions.
