Seymour man faces child molesting charges

Seymour police have made an arrest in a child molesting investigation leading to 18 charges against a suspect.

According to the Seymour Police Department, officers received a report earlier this month that a girl had been sexually assaulted over a period of years. The investigation soon revealed two more victims.

Police arrested 56 year old Michael L. Jolly of Seymour Friday. He is facing 18 felony counts of child molesting.

Police say he has been taken to the Jackson County Jail pending his initial hearing.
