Lin-credible! Columbus North’s Hank Lin Honored as Indiana’s Top Tennis Player
Columbus North senior Hank Lin has officially served notice to the rest of Indiana: he’s the best in the state. Lin was named the Indiana Sports Awards Boys Tennis Player of the Year during Monday night’s ceremony, hosted at Butler University and presented by the Indiana Pacers and Indiana Fever.
Lin, who wrapped up a perfect 27-0 senior campaign, earned the IHSAA Boys Singles State Championship back in October. He finishes his Bulldog career with a near-flawless 74-2 varsity record and 97-3 overall, becoming Columbus North’s first-ever boys singles state champion.
From first serve to match point, Lin dominated his era — and this latest accolade cements his legacy as one of Indiana’s elite racket-wielders.
