Columbus North Closes Out Home Schedule with Back-to-Back Wins

The Columbus North Bull Dogs ensured their home finale was unforgettable, winning two straight games to extend their winning streak to 11 games.
On Friday night, North turned a tight halftime battle into a blowout, rolling past Bloomington North 66-41. The Bull Dogs trailed 29-27 at the half but erupted for a 25-4 third-quarter run, completely flipping the game. Caleb Ferguson led with 18 points, while Max Coomes knocked down four three-pointers on his way to 12 points.
Less than 24 hours later, North’s senior night matchup against Franklin turned into a thriller. With the Bull Dogs trailing by one in the final seconds, sophomore Austin Perry hit a clutch three-pointer with 14 seconds left, sealing a 54-52 victory. Perry finished with 12 points, while Nate Enneking led the way with 15.
Now, North looks to finish strong in their final regular-season matchup against Center Grove on Thursday before shifting focus to sectionals.
