Pacers Split Road Trip in Los Angeles

The Indiana Pacers experienced the full range of emotions on their West Coast trip, splitting games against the Clippers and Lakers over the weekend.
  • Thursday Night Heroics: The Pacers pulled off a thrilling 119-112 comeback win against the Clippers, erasing a 22-point deficit. Pascal Siakam led the charge with 33 points, while Bennedict Mathurin added 25 points. The Pacers shot an efficient 31-of-37 from the free-throw line and closed out the game on a 19-7 run to secure the victory.
  • Saturday Night Stumble: Despite shooting an incredible 31-of-32 from the free-throw line, Indiana couldn’t overcome a career night from Lakers guard Austin Reaves, who exploded for 45 points in the Pacers’ 124-117 loss. Injuries and fatigue caught up with Indiana as they were without Myles Turner, who remains in concussion protocol.
Now sitting at 29-23, the Pacers return home to host the Knicks on Tuesday as they look to maintain their strong form in the playoff race.
