Golden Bears Overpower Olympians in Boys Hoops

Columbus East suffered its second loss of the season Tuesday, falling to Shelbyville 65-52. The Olympians came out strong, leading 15-9 after the first quarter, but Shelbyville roared back, outscoring East 23-10 in the second to take control.

Keaton Lawson paced the Olympians with 19 points, while Mason Reeves added 11. Ethan Bumbalough and Carter Patterson each chipped in eight. East will look to bounce back in their next conference matchup.
