Are you (or do you know) a school aged kid who loves Christmas? Who likes to draw or paint? Who likes prizes? If the answer to these questions is "yes" then the Elf Named Moe art contest is for you! Listen to the song An Elf Named Moe by Carl Stuck at AnElfNamedMoe.com or on Itunes, Spotify, or any of your favorite music services and create your best hand-drawn, painted, or sketched depiction of what you think Moe looks like. Fill out an entry form and send a scan or picture of your creation to ArtContest@AnElfNamedMoe.com or follow @AnElfNamedMoe on Instagram and upload your picture to Instagram with the hashtags #AnElfNamedMoe and #MoeEntry (if artist is not account holder also make sure to credit the artists full name)  and be entered to win $50 cash for you and $50 cash for your favorite teacher! Nashville Songwriter Chuck Cannon Comes To Seymour

Seymour’s Vision 2025 Music Team welcomes Hit Nashville Songwriter Chuck Cannon to Seymour on Friday, November 3rd.    Chuck Cannon is the songwriter behind country hits How Do You Like Me Now? and American Soldier (recorded by Toby Keith) and I Love The Way You Love Me (recorded by John Michael Montgomery).  Cannon’s songs have also been recorded by George Strait, Lonestar, Wynonna Judd, and many more country stars.    This will be an intimate ‘listening room’ performance, similar to Nashville’s famous Bluebird Café. The show will be at the newly opened Reno’s Cigar and Martini Lounge, but will be a SMOKE-FREE performance.    Advance tickets are $12 and available at Reno’s, Southern Indiana Center for the Arts, Jackson County Visitor’s Center, Brooklyn Pizza, and This Old Guitar.  Day of show tickets will be $15.
