Families enrolled in our Early Head Start Prenatal and Home Based Programs (ages zero to 3), as well as our Center Based Classrooms (ages 2 months to 3 years), will receive access to several support services for everyone in the family. These services include, but are not limited to full day child care, education for children, family activities, links to community resources and health, dental and nutritional education. Curated by Stephanie Buhmann in Collaboration with Jennifer Riley. The group exhibition IN CONVERSATION is inspired by a series of interviews with female artists, which were conducted by the art historian Stephanie Buhmann between January 2013 and December 2015. Looking for an approach beyond the mainstream media coverage of the art market, Buhmann visited the artists in their studios. The conversations she conducted in these intimate spaces of artistic practices focus on process, philosophy, personal history, art historic contexts and aesthetics among others. IN CONVERSATION is sparked by these interviews and helps to illustrate them. Though all of the artists featured are based in New York, they are working in different media and styles, reflecting some of the eclectic concerns and methods found in the city’s contemporary art world today. Riley Wrangler's 33rd Annual Arts & Crafts Fair The Riley Wrangler Square Dance Club from Cumberland, Indiana, will be sponsoring its 33rd Annual Arts & Crafts Fair on Saturday, May 6, 2017. The event will be held at the Hancock County 4-H Fairgrounds (620 N. Apple St.) in Greenfield from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. There is free parking and free admission. The buildings are all handicap accessible. Door prizes will be given away approximately every half-hour. There will be over 100 vendors (in three buildings and outside) selling art, craft items, food, and home improvement items. This is a perfect opportunity to purchase gifts for Mother's Day (May), Father's Day (June), Memorial Day, July 4th and other special summer events. Vendors from around the state will be selling items such as hand-made jewelry, quilts, stained-glass, wood crafts. home decor, oil paintings, floral arrangements, leather crafts, antiques, dog accessories, baby clothes, and more.
